Stefania is a highly effective operating executive and strategist. Stefania is co-founder and CEO of ezCater, a high-growth online marketplace for business catering, which now stands at over 200 employees and has secured $70 million in venture funding. Stefania has earned herself and ezCater several awards and distinctions including EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Hospitality Technology’s Top Woman in Foodservice Tech, Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Excellence Award, and the Stevie’s American Business Award for Most Innovative Company of the Year.
Prior to starting ezCater, Stefania co-founded two other firms: carving out a market and building a well-oiled machine for one (PreferredTime); and selling the other for 14X (InSite Marketing Technology (now NASDAQ: KANA)). Stefania has also helped a half-dozen other firms devise strategy, raise funding, and strengthen operations. Stefania has been a Director and advisor to many for-profit and non-profit firms including Artists for Humanity, More Than Words, Social Venture Partners Boston, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. She has a BS and an MS from MIT.
